The Cebu Doctors University Hospital, Chong Hua Hospital, and Vicente Sotto Medical Center were visited by the Philippine Society of Gastroenterology (PSG) Accreditation Board as part of the hospitals’ re-accreditation as Gastroenterology Training Institutions.
Accreditation Board chairperson Dr. Russellini Magdaong, vice-chairperson Dr. Sherrie Isabel de Ocampo and member Dr. Ma Elaine Velasquez conducted the evaluation on October 28, 2019. PSG President Dr. Felipe Gozar Duque joined the accreditation team.
“The Accreditation Board looks forward to more hospitals applying as Gastroenterology Training Institutions in the near future,” said Dr. Magdaong.
A day before conducting the evaluation of the three hospitals, the PSG delegation visited the farm and ranch of Dr. Arlene Kuan, and enjoyed a sumptuous snack at the farm restaurant of Dr. Melissa Ortiz.
